Why we're doing it this way

- A list. When we open in early 2027 we contact you, and if you become a customer your first year is 10% off the published price. There is no card, no deposit, no obligation, and nothing to cancel if you change your mind.
- How much is the discount actually worth?
- On the middle tier — a 1,500 to 3,000 square foot home at $139 a quarter plus the $99 initial service — 10% off the first year is about $66. On a larger home it is more. It also stacks with the military discount, up to a combined 20%.
- Does it stack with the military discount?
- Yes, up to a combined 20%. The 10% military discount is permanent and continues after your first year; the launch discount applies to year one.
- Why aren't you open yet?
- Structural pest control in Kentucky requires a licensed operator, and that process is underway. We are not taking money or booking jobs until it is complete, because we would rather have an empty calendar than a promise we cannot keep.
- What if it slips past early 2027?
- Then we will tell you, and your discount still stands. We are giving a window rather than a date precisely because licensing timelines are not entirely in our control, and we would rather be honest about that up front than quietly move the goalposts.
- Will you email me constantly?
- No. There is no newsletter and no drip sequence. You will hear from us when we open, and if something genuinely changes before then. That is the whole plan.
