Privacy Policy
Short version: we use what you send us to get back to you about pest control service, and nothing else.
What we collect
What you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and whatever you tell us about the problem. If you use the quote calculator, the square footage and options you select stay in your browser and are not sent anywhere unless you then submit a form.
What we do with it
We contact you about service. That is the entire purpose. If you become a customer, we keep what we need to schedule visits, bill correctly, and maintain a service history for your property.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with marketing partners. We do not add you to lists you did not ask for. If you tell us to stop contacting you, we stop.
Service providers
Some information necessarily passes through the services that run the business — scheduling and billing software, a payment processor, and the form service that delivers messages from this site. They handle it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number we may text you about appointments, arrival windows, and service summaries, because it is faster than phone tag. Reply STOP to any message and the texts end. Message rates from your carrier may apply.
Getting your data removed
Email hello@lincolntrailpest.com and ask. We will delete what we are not legally required to keep, and tell you plainly what is left and why.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page rather than quietly revising it.
