Common questions
- Why do you publish prices when nobody else here does?
- Because hiding them does not benefit you, and we would rather spend a sales conversation on your actual house than on establishing what things cost. Pricing in this trade is driven by square footage and service type, both of which are knowable before anyone drives out.
- Will the price change after you see my house?
- No, unless you are in a different tier than you thought — over 4,500 square feet, or a property with outbuildings, barns, or detached structures. Those get a custom quote because they genuinely need a walk-through. Everything else is the published number.
- Is there a startup or setup fee?
- There is a $99 initial service, which is a real treatment rather than a paperwork charge — a full interior and exterior treatment, perimeter barrier, and entry-point inspection. It is substantially more work than a maintenance visit. After that you are on the quarterly rate.
- Do you offer a discounted first visit?
- No. Teaser pricing on a first visit is how a lot of companies in this industry get a signature before the real number appears, and it is not how we want to start. The initial service is priced at what it costs to do properly.
- How does the military discount work?
- 10% off, permanently, on everything on this page. Active duty, Guard, Reserve, retired, or veteran. It is not a seasonal promotion and it does not expire after the first year.
