Why we publish this
Pest control pricing in this county is almost entirely invisible until someone is standing in your driveway. You call, you describe your house, somebody schedules an inspection, and the number arrives at the end of a conversation you did not particularly want to have.
There is no good reason for that. Pricing here is driven by the size of the house, and you know the size of your house. Tiering by square footage is exactly how the rest of this market prices the same service — the only difference is that we will show you the table.
The number above is the number. It does not go up when we see the house, and the only thing that changes it is you telling us something that puts you in a different tier — over 4,500 square feet, or outbuildings, or a barn, which genuinely do need a look first.
