Why the list is short
It is common in this industry to list every town within an hour and let the search engine sort it out. The problem with that is practical rather than ethical: a customer forty minutes outside the route gets slower callbacks, and the re-service guarantee that makes the plan worth buying quietly stops being true for them.
So we add markets when we add capacity. Elizabethtown first, because that is where the trucks are. Radcliff and the Fort Knox corridor next, because that is where the VA closings and the PCS turnover are. Then Vine Grove and Cecilia with the second truck, and the wider Lincoln Trail region — LaRue, Meade, Nelson, Grayson — after that.

What being local actually changes
Hardin County is compact enough that a company based here can run a genuinely tight route, and that matters more than it sounds like it should. Route density is what determines whether a re-service call is a small interruption or a half-day round trip — and a company that has to drive forty minutes to honour a free callback will find reasons to schedule it next week instead.
It also changes what we know about the housing. The neighbourhoods off Ring Road sit on clay-heavy soil that holds moisture against a foundation. Radcliff's rental stock turns over on military orders rather than on seasons. The rural western end of the county runs to older farmhouses with additions built in stages, which is exactly where termite problems start. A branch office covering three counties from another city does not carry that in its head.
The practical version: we publish the cities we can actually reach on the same route we already drive, and we add one when we add the capacity to serve it properly rather than when we would like the search traffic.
